All chipspulse products are 100% new & original and sourced from authorized channels, in principle there will be no quality problems. However, considering that the customer has purchased the wrong type product, the relevant return policy has been formulated. Usually a return request is filed within 30 days of receipt of the goods, but exclude "non-cancellable / non-refundable" or goods subject to the purchase agreement
Return process:

1, Login the member center, click on the return application, fill in the relevant questions and descriptions, submit the application
2, Email the order number and return request description to [email protected]

Customers must meet the following conditions when submitting a return to chipspulse:
Provide product defect test documentation
Provide product photos (package, labels, product surface MARKING)
Not used (except for defective products)
Product packaging, package appearance is not damaged or damp

Refund conditions:
Return shipping costs, Customs fees and other fees are paid by the customer (except for defective products)
Orders that meet the return conditions - full refund
chipspulse completes the refund in 3-5 days after receiving the return
Please note: only products originally shipped from chipspulse will be returned to chipspulse. By a Customer returning products to chipspulse, the Customer certifies that the products were purchased from chipspulse and there has been no substitution in whole or part of same product from another supplier, distributor or other such source of the product. The return should be in the original packaging and in unused condition (except defective). ESD or moisture sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions.
