Introducing Central Semiconductor's 650V N-Channel Super-Junction MOSFETs in TO-220FP Packaging

Central Semiconductor has recently unveiled its latest lineup of high-performance super-junction MOSFETs, offering five variants with varying current ratings to cater to a diverse range of application requirements.

The five new products are as follows:

1. CDMSJ2204.7-650 (4.7A)

2. CDMSJ2207.3-650 (7.3A)

3. CDMSJ22010-650 (10A)

4. CDMSJ22013.8-650 (13.8A)

5. CDMSJ22029-650 (29A)

Enhancing Efficiency Across Applications

According to Central's marketing director Tom Donofrio, these super-junction MOSFETs are designed to enhance the efficiency of various end applications. Whether in industrial, automotive, or consumer electronics segments, these MOSFETs are tailored to bring increased performance and reliability to power management systems.
